I really don't like the Chris as well. Dude stole my number when he was with the Caps.

In all seriousness, on the Caps bargain front, I have to defend Ted that his ticket prices are fair. Don't look this at a fan's perspective, look at an economic standpoint. Ted has everyone trying to buy seats all season, which is great, but put it at $27 actually would hurt the Caps long term because you will be losing out $80 million a year for that discount. Plus, you have the salary cap, which is determine by ticket sales and TV revenue, which the Caps are holding up and exceeding it. If the salary cap is stagnant for the next couple of years, they can't sign Semin (unless he straightens out his problems) or a top-line player for the future.

If there are things to be upset at Ted, you can argue about Club Scarlet, Women-fitted pink jerseys, Red Rockers, reselling tickets to third parties (that's more of a general sports problem).

But for ticket prices, be grateful it's not Dan Snyder charging $100 for upper level seats.
