We were standing almost behind Varly and making comments every time he missed a shot on how he was probably blinded by his tears at our ugliness. If this shot is any indication, he heard us AND understood exactly what we were saying.

Baby Gus (red). I was expecting a lot more out of him. He wasn’t bad, persay, but there were people like Eakin (grey) that just seemed to bring a lot more to the table.

Perrault and Bouchard wandered in with about an hour of rookie camp left and suited up. I hear Bouch played for Della Rovere in the 7-3 loss to the Flyers, and when they did the “shoot until the pucks are gone” drill, Perrault put three in a row in in his first three turns.
