Newest update on the Joe Finley Disorderly Conduct fiasco from the Grand Forks Herald….

In a nutshell:
- Matt Frattin, the other guy involved, was charged with “fleeing,” because he ran into a house as the cops got there.
- He has to pay $225 in fines. He also got sentanced to 10 days suspended for a year, which he’s on probation for.
-UND also hit him pretty hard: giving him a two game suspension, cutting part of his scholarship money, and mandating counseling.

-Big Joe, on the other hand, gave the police a false name, and as such has been charged with providing false information to an officer, AND disorderly conduct.
-His first appearance in court is Aug 11….. details to follow.
